Il contributo riflette sui provvedimenti adottati durante l’emergenza Covid sul sistema dell’istruzione in relazione al tema dell’uguaglianza. Premessa una riflessione sulle dimensioni e l’iniziale sottovalutazione del tema dell’istruzione nell’emergenza, l’A. si sofferma ad individuare le ragioni per cui la situazione del sistema nazionale dell’Istruzione fosse già in grave difficoltà prima del 2020. Al pregresso si è sovrapposta l’emergenza pandemica, portando all’adozione di provvedimenti governativi che sono esaminati nelle loro linee principali e nelle loro criticità sia per quanto concerne la scuola che le Università. Il necessario impiego dell’e-learning ha evidenziato le diseguaglianze ed interroga sul modello di istruzione necessario ad adempiere alle funzioni di cui agli artt. 33 e 34 Cost.

The paper aims to investigate government measures taken during the Covid emergency on the education system in relation to the issue of equality. After a reflection on the size and initial underestimation of the issue of education in emergency, focus is put on the reasons why the situation of the national education system was already in serious difficulty before 2020. The pandemic emergency has overlapped with the past, leading to the adoption of government measures that are examined in their main lines and in their criticality both with regard to school and universities. The necessary use of e-learning has highlighted inequalities and questions the model of education necessary to fulfil the functions referred to in articles 33 and 34 of the Constitution.
